Oh - and the scene with the porsche where Alice worries that Edward will take it back off her + the line your signature (about the grizzlies - that is one of the funniest lines in the book). So many good parts!

I posted this under the new moon discussion as well but it looks like at least one of our favourite & most anticipated scenes from the book will be in the movie. I guess it depends on directors final cut, but I can hardly see them cutting such a scene if the writer believed it important enough to be in the (plus the fans will be screaming for blood if it isn't).

Especially at the end where he starts to like Edward again because of the "motorbike" accident & Jacob says "I bet you're glad she loves Cullen instead of me today, huh, Charlie", even though Jacob meant that it was because Edward was willing to sit the fight out.

Just thinking about it though, why did Paul flinch when Bella slapped him but Jacob didn't even move? She ought to have felt that hardness on her palm surely.

I know, that bit always bothered me ever since I saw the first preview of it, I undertand that it makes sense in the New Moon movie but yeah you have to wonder how they will do the punching scene in Eclipse without breaking the continuity. But maybe they will have it slightly different in the movie, like Jacob does flinch but isn't seriously hurt or something?

I wonder how the trip to Renee will work out? Although implied Bella never did open the gifts from Carlisle and Esme meaning she never technically got the tickets and Edwards opening line for that scene was something like "Hey Charlie did you know Carlisle and Esme got Bella ticks to see Renee"

The other scene which I reckon will be really funny if they do is the bit where Edward breathes on Bella before Jacob comes in, then Jacob hugs her & gets upset. Then Jacob cuts himself and Edward asks "I was just wondering why you stabbed him." That bit always has me ROFL!

I had been thinking about that part too and I was thinking that maybe he felt Bella hit him but didnt flinch cause it didnt hurt and then was just pretending/braging that he didnt feel it... It does sound like something Jake would do lol...

Yeah, I can just see the smile of R-Patz's face after breathing on Bella's neck & then coming back to cuddle her & ask the stabbing line!

I could definitely see that pretending/bragging thing happen in the movie at least, but yeah it is a very jacob thing to do isn't it LOL
