TwilightAustralia promotion & my thoughts on New Moon!

So yes, as I mentioned, I flew to Sydney to see New Moon (A very limited early screening!) & to do some media for the release! As I’ve mentioned, probably 100x before, New Moon is my favourite novel in the saga, and to say I was scared to see the movie, is a bit of an understatement. What would I do, what would I say to people if they murdered my favourite book!? A bit selfish, maybe, but I had nothing to worry about. To me, the adaption of New Moon to screen was far better than I could imagine, and was steps above Twilight. I could have sat in the cinema and watched an extra half an hour & still would be left for wanting more! Thank heavens we only have to wait til July for Eclipse!

The Hub Productions Twilight Tour!

Today marks the end of Perth’s Twilight Tour! I hope everyone had an awesome time! If you’ve not been watching The Hub’s website, the line up has slightly changed. No Kellan, due to filming, & unfortunately Charlie can only make it to Brisbane & Sydney. Though, the wonderful people at The Hub have been working super hard & you now have the chance to meet Christopher Heyerdahl(Who plays Marcus & any Supernatural nuts out there will know him as Allistair), Cameron Bright (who plays Alec, Jane’s twin brother) & in Melbourne, Bronson Pellitier (Wolf Pack member Jared!)

I should also mention that updates may be a little few & far between as I will be flying to Sydney & Melbourne to attend those legs of the tour! If you see me, feel free to come and say hello! I’ll be the girl with bright pink hair.

Nel’s Auction

A couple of post’s back, you may remember me posting about Nel’s Auction. An auction to raise funds for Breast Cancer Research and the Mount Isa Oncology Unit. It seems that the electronic bid form is now up, & you have the chance to bid on a signed copy of Twilight by Stephenie Meyer. Look around because also up for bidding is Signed House of Night books, as well as a set of The Mortal Instruments books signed by Author Cassandra Clare! If you like Twilight, you will adore The House of Night & Mortal Instruments books! ( I know I did! I call dibs of Jace!)

So, it seems some stores in the UK let the New Moon Visual Companion out a little earlier than supposed to. These pictures are gorgeous and just make me even more eager to see New Moon! I’ve addedover 100 images  to the gallery!

Magazine Watch!

From what I can tell, this week’s OK magazine (Issue161) has two different covers. The first has Robert Pattinson & Emilie de Ravin on the cover, the 2nd Special Edition cover features Michael Jackson. Inside OK!  This week, you’ll find a double page article “Robert’s Other Woman” (article pic shown to the left). Also, in the Amrican center pull out, you will find a quarter page picture of Taylor Lautner out with Selena Gomez

Famous (July 06, 2009 Issue) has Robert & Emilie on the set of ‘Remember Me’ on the cover. Inside is a double page article “Rob’s Revenge“, as well as “Kristen gets hate mail” and “Is Kellan going bald?” Futher inside you can find pictures of Kristen Stewart on the set of ‘The Runaways’, Taylor at the Much Music Awards & a small pic of the New Moon movie book tie-in cover. In the fashion section you’ll find an article on how to get Kristen Stewarts look for under $300 & right at the back of the magazine, you’ll find a small article on the new cosmetic line ‘DuWop’ is making in conjunction with New Moon: The Movie.

NW Magazine also features a double page article on Robert Pattinson & Emilie De Ravin.
